This is my proven formula for collaborating productively to produce stunning work that meets your goals.

Communication

I work 100% remotely from my home office. We’ll meet at the beginning of the project, and at each major milestone, via phone or Skype. In between, we’ll also exchange questions and feedback by email, phone, or whatever medium works best for you.

Project Management

I manage projects using Basecamp, a clean and easy interface for managing assets, the project calendar, to-do lists, and discussions. It even sends daily updates, letting you know what I’ve been working on. I’m also happy to plug into your existing tools & processes.

Rates

Costs naturally depend on the scope of the project. I typically work at a flat rate, agreeing on the full project cost and payment schedule upfront. I send estimates and invoices via Harvest.
